One of the best cafes in Melbourne I’ve ever been to is BRIGHTON SCHOOLHOUSE. This cafe is located near Brighton beach. The beach is one of famous beaches in Melbourne. I went the cafe with my friend after we went to the beach. I had been to cafes everyday when I was in Melbourne as possible I could if I had time. The day we went to the cafe was super shiny day so I said why don’t we go to a cafe? then we went there. I think BRIGHTON SCHOOLHOUSE is one of the best cafes in Melbourne. The cafe is perfect to having a breakfast or lunch. It’s good to start your day in Melbourne and It’s near the Brighton beach. It’s perfect location isn’t it?
How to get there
It takes 35 minutes by train from Flinder Street station. The train you have to take is Sandringham line and you will ride the train 10 stops to Middle Brighton station then you have to walk about 6 minutes. It is a little bit far from Flinder Street station but it has worth to go to Brighton Schoolhouse. There are nice menus, coffee and staffs. I’m sure you can have a good time.
What I ordered
I ordered flat white that is my favorite one. I usually ordered long black or flat white when I was in Melbourne because I’ve never heard like that names of coffee before came to Australia. Once I drank that I loved them immediately so that’s why I usually ordered them. The flat white tasted very good and it smelled nice. I thought the cafe has good barista and uses good beans. I definitely recommend going the cafe. Melbourne is such a good city and there are a lot of place to visit to have fun and there’s cafes are incredible well I went lots of cafes and I recommend going to TOM THUMB as well.
