St Patrick’s Cathedral is one of the best places to visit in Melbourne If you want to make your journey excitedly. When I went to the cathedral I thought the place is so sophisticated and I felt something special. There is one of the most sophisticated places I have ever visited. Melbourne has a lot of beautiful old buildings and also has new modern buildings like a Eureka sky Tower. The tower has the highest observatory in the Southern Hemisphere.
Anyway, there are tons of places to visit to enjoy. If I had to choose to recommend you to go somewhere in the city, I would choose St Patrick’s Cathedral that is one of the best places to visit and I highly recommend going there because you can feel something sophisticated and the place makes you feel relax. If you don’t like to go like that place, you don’t have to go but if you are interested in beautiful historical place, it has worth to go to the cathedral.
How to get there.
I went to the place by a tram from Flinder Street station that is one of the famous stations in Melbourne. If you go to the cathedral it takes about 15 minutes by a tram and walk. the trams number that you can pick are 11, 12 and 109 from Elizabeth Street. You have to walk 4 minutes to the tram stop from Flinder Street station. Then you ride 5 stops to Albert St then you walk 1 minute to the place.

The inside of the St Patrick’s Cathedral is amazingly beautiful as well. Once you get the inside you probably don’t want to talk any more. The place will make you want to feel the atmosphere.
