I went a lot of places in Melbourne. There are really nice and made me want to go one more time. I am going to introduce you10 best places to go in Melbourne from my experiences.

The best places to go in Melbourne 

When I was in the city I studied English for three months for my career. Staying in Melbourne was one of my greatest experiences in my whole life. That experiences changed my life because I couldn’t say anything in English when I arrived in the city but now I am introducing you where is the best places to visit in Melbourne, so it’s incredibly improvement for me. 

Great Ocean Road & Twelve Apostles 

Great Ocean Road & Twelve Apostles are definitely where you must go. There are the best places I have ever been to and most beautiful places I’ve ever seen in my life. Once you go there, you will absolutely love the places. I am sure, you can’t get bored with there and have a great experiences there. Here is my own experience, please check it out.

St Patrick’s Cathedral

St Patrick’s Cathedral is one of the best places to visit in Melbourne I think. There is so sophisticated and I can feel something special that I can’t explain in words. And there are a lot of people to visit to the place and taking photos to post SNS or something. I highly recommend going to the cathedral. Here is my own experience please check it out.

Old Melbourne Gaol 

Old Melbourne Gaol is one of the best places to go in Melbourne and there was used as jail long time ago. I am sure you can have an enjoyment and I definitely recommend you to go there. You can experience role playing as a prisoner at the place. I experienced the role playing that was amazing and I was a little bit scared by the staff who role played  as a strict police. She shouted us suddenly, then role playing was begun. I recommend you to have the experience absolutely. I hope my own experience helps your journey of Melbourne.

Hosier Lane

Hosier Lane is a famous street art in Melbourne. If you are interested in art, the place makes you fun. The city has a lot of street arts but the lane is one of the most famous street arts in the city. There are full of people and very exciting. The arts are drawn by not famous artist I assume, but one day some of them might become famous I guess and I hope. Here is my own experience about there.

Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria

Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria is huge, I have never seen like that size of garden before. And there are a lot of beautiful plants that made me relax and feel nice. The garden took me over an hour to walk around the garden but I spent a nice time in the garden. Queen Victoria Market

Queen Victoria Market is the biggest market in southern hemisphere. There are a lot of people to visit the place and buy something. You can buy anything you want at the market. I went there with my friend to buy beef to prepare BBQ for the next day. There are lots of store that you can buy stuffs cheap and good quality. My favorite thing I had had there is eating mussels that are super delicious. I ate the mussels every time I went the market. I definitely recommend eating the mussels. The Brighton Beach

The Brighton Beach is one of the famous beach in Melbourne and there are a lot of little cottage that represent countries. I could find a cottage that represent Japan. The cottage is drawn Japanese famous art that’s why I thought it represents Japan. There are full of people to take pictures and see cottages. If you are interested in the beach, here is my experience when I went the beach. 

State Library Victoria

State Library Victoria is the oldest public libraries in Australia and one of the first free libraries in the world. There are lots of people to read a book, study, do homework and wide range of generation people. The library is free entrance so you don’t have to pay when you entrance. The library has a worth to go there once if you are in Melbourne. Here is my own experience.

Puffing Billy railway

Puffing Billy railway is the most exciting experience I had in Melbourne. The train is the oldest steam locomotive train in Australia and the train still works well and the view from train was beautiful. You will never get bored in the train if you board the train. I got on the SL with my friends and we went two stops. The price are different how far you’re going. The longest one takes five hours on round trip. I definitely recommend you to get on the old SL and see beautiful views. Here is my experience and how the train looks like.

Eureka Skydeck

Eureka Skydeck is the highest tower in Melbourne and there’s observatory is located 88 floor that is the highest  in the southern hemisphere. I went the observatory at night, the view from the place was incredibly beautiful that was different beauty compared nature. The city’s building made beautiful view and there is the highest place so, you can look whole the city down. It’ amazingly good. In addition there is a restaurant above the observatory that is located at 89 floor. I think the tower is one of the best places to have a date with your partner.
